a scam collection agency ignore and report

They left a voice message, difficult to understand his name, it was rather ****led, Jim ? said he worked for a law firm and I was to call 877-404-4490- I didn't listen to the rest, I knew it was a scam, I am so tired of these people calling.

If they are calling on your cell phone then you can file an FCC complaint. I add this and other numbers to my contact as "Don't pick up" so I know not to pick up.

Always calls but doesn't leave a message. I don't answer any call from any 800 or 866 or 877 telephone - definitely spammer!!

Just received a call for the first time with this company and it sounds su****ious to me, so I did a search on this number and read some reviews.  The man leaving a message on my voice mail only said by federal law he can't say why he's calling, but we are in breech of contract and it's important that we call the office back immediately to give our side to the situation before they proceed any further.  Not sure what contract we breeched and not sure who this guy was wanting to talk to because he never said.

This number belongs to a s***bag, bottom feeder, 3nd class collection agency. They will use any means necessary over the phone to scare you into making a settlement on the spot. Do not give them any information on yourself especially your bank account information. If they call your cell phone s**** recording immediately. They will scream, holler, and talk down to you, which is a***nst the law. Then file a claim with your state attorney generals office, and New Hampshire attorney generals office, sending them a copy of the recorded call. A reputable firm will send you a letter first, explaining who they are, and who they represent. These people cold call you during the day to catch you off guard. This company is Richard J. Boudreau and****ociates, LLC. They claim to be a law firm acting on behalf of some client. As hard as it may seem to do, keep them on the phone, be polite, act dumb, and watch them **** themselves.

calls my house constantly keep telling them wrong nuber.

This number has been calling me for the past two years.  They called anywhere from 6 in the morning to like 2 in the afternoon.  One day while at school i even received a very rude message.  I called back and told them i didn't know any kelly bennet  and they promised they wouldn't call a***n.  After 6 months i got another call from this agency asking for the same person and was completely f****ered.

Unless you are planning to pay these people... better just to ignore them! Add them as a contact in your phone - ringtone MUTE.Other numbers they use: 866-890-1644, 866-997-2449,877-404-4490

Caller from this number was rude.  He didn't give name & was trying to reach my (adult) daughter, who was not here.  I said she 'wasn't available', and offered to take a message.Caller s****ed telling me he was from a "law firm", so I congratulated him & asked if there was a message.  He asked is she 'wasn't there or wasn't coming to the phone", and I repeated offer to take a message.He then threatened to sue my WIFE, so I told him to go ahead & ***g up on his nasty a**.

this company identifies itself as the "law offices" of Richard J. Boudreau. they are located in Salem, New Hampshire. i contacted the New Hampshire Bar****ociation on 7/8/09 and inquired about Mr. Boudreau's status as a New Hampshire attorney. the bar****ociation ran a records check and a member search and informed me that there is NO Richard J. Boudreau listed as a member of the N.H. bar and they had no idea who he was. this appears to be just another S***BAG collection agency posing as a law office in order to get people to send them money! I also went on the www.doj.nh.gov website and checked their history of complaints. there are so many complaints a***nst them, just within the last year, that they couldn't even list them all on one page! i am currently filing a complaint with the N.H. Attorney General's office for fraudulent misrepresentation. these A**HOLES need to be put out of business!

The phone number of (877)404-4490 left a message on my answering ma****e today.  The caller was a woman and she said, "Don, I'll always find you."  There is no one named "Don" at my phone number's address and I don't know but one man named "Don" and he is a 70 year old elder at my church.  The woman's voice sounded ominous.  I am NOT HAPPY.  I want to report this number and have it blocked.

Trying to collect on an account that was settled over 10 years ago.  They are a preditory collection agentcy and will do anything to try to get you to pay.  It is your legal right to tell these people you will press charges if they call a***n.  You do not need to give them any infromation.  The fair credit act prohibits them from contacting you a***n once you tell them not to.  They can only send one more contact informing their intentions.  Any thing else is breah of the fair credit act.

This outfit keeps calling for someone that is not at this number even though I told them that name doesn't exist here.
