Leave a CommentSame issue. No flowers delivered. Finally got them to agree to a full refund - we will see if that happens. I would say don't trust any of these flower delivery companies when you google them. They claim to be a local florist serving the xyz local community for 30 years, but I don't think they are even in this country. If it's not a local florist with a local phone number and local address, buyer beware. I had two other florists I googled that took my order and then 5 minutes later canceled the order. One has already processed a refund, the other has not. I am watching my credit card transactions like a hawk to make sure they don't start using my card for their own purposes.

Flowers NOT delivered as requested! Requested cancelation and refund, request ignored, then delivered 3 days later! Lousy business practice & horrible Customer Service!
