The message states:"This message is in regard to a recent letter that you should have received via FedEx. We ask that you review this letter and contact us at the number on that letter at your earliest convenience. Thank you."The company is a subsidiary of BOA and is called Home Retention Services. Call them and ask to be put on their Do Not Call list. Then call Bank of America and file a complaint.
I get one to two call a week saying this is Federal Express press one if you received the package. I am am on the do not call list and I keep getting them.
I am on the do not call list, yet I keep getting these messages. I have never had a loan with them nor do I plan on it. They call in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening. If anyone know how to get them to stop calling me, please post it.
STOP CALLING ME> I DONT HAVE A LOAN WITH BANK OF AMERICA, NOR DO I WANT ONE WITH THEM. STOP CALLING!
Unavailable caller left a voicemail in mid-sentance. Must be prerecorded.
Jeez... I am not surprised it's from them. I keep getting calls from this number every day. They are so idiotic, they cannot get any of their info straight. I'm long since done with a short sale with them, and they "supposedly" closed my file. Not sure why they keep calling me. It's very annoying, that's all I can say.
If you received a call from 877-422-1761 it is from Home Retention Making Homes Affordable with Bank Of America. The Fed Ex Package would be the MHA paper work. Hope this helps! You can also google the number to verify my information.

claim to be Fed-Ex with a message to return a call from a registered letter. This number has been calling our home at all different times of the day with the same message. We are registered on the do not call list and will not respond to this type of call we haven't done any business with Fed-Ex so we don't respond to them.
