I think it's safe to say it's a bill collector. **** up when they call.
They are the Indian group and asked my SSN and refer AMEX.
asked for my social security number, posing as American Express (which I don't have an account with) - SPAM
I called back and they said they were American Express (which I don't have an account with) and they used my name and number to look up my records...when they found nothing they asked for my social security number. When i declined, they persisted, getting ***sh. As I don't have an account I****umed it was a sales call and once they denied this I****umed it was a scam and ***g up. Strange.
