Leave a CommentI rec'd a call today 3/29/12 when I called the number back it says they are a debt collector. When calling back they want an account number. I do not have an account with BOA nor have I ever done business w/ BOA our mortage is thru Wells Fargo and is not delinquent.. WTH!!
BofA. They only service my loan. They don't own it. I was forwarded to a special department because I was a Countrywide. Get calls daily .. don't these guys communicate between departments? I have a 'Customer Service Manager'****igned already. This is pure harassment.
Bank of America with loan modification help for home owner's. This is the new department to collect your debt, You will not be approved for a loan mod. Bank of America just wants you to send in more paper work, For the 99 time. The same that is already has on file. This is so the bank can get money from the Government on every loan that has been review for a loan modification, even if it's denied. 2 out of 100 will only be approved by BAC, put the Government will pay BAC $1000. on all the 100 with your tax dollars,
They say it's B of A and I am suppose to pay them. They want me to do a mod.
