i just got a call from a mr tony @ 1/877-484-7025,stating they have a pending legal actions for fraudluet bank charges and bad checks. early during the week i received a email from venue stating that that they had a hacking of their system of my and other personnal informatiom. i guess this is why i got a call from these people. i dont write bad checks and i work for the courts cannt do illegal stuff and hold on to my good paying job,"its not worth it ". beware !!!!!

these idiots  arent too bright, the place is run by mike chojnacki  who is a ***ody wanna be debt collector working for a guy named frank corsi  threatening people with  false claims of writing bad checks, mikes cell phone #  if you want to call him direct is 716-341-1681,

You took a big weight off my shoulders.  I didnt give them any information.....they continued to call even when i had told them that my daughter was very very ill and had 3 surgeries within 8 days.  I asked them to not call and they continued calling.  I am a single mother and money is very tight (I get no help from my ex-husband).  They had me totally freaked out thinking that they could take my wages for the next 2 months.

They CAN'T do that. In order for a creditor to even legally garnish your wages they'd have to win a court judgement a***nst you first. The M.O. for all these parasites is to try to frighten you into giving them your bank account information so they can bleed you dry. The fact is, these people usually have no actual legal right to collect anything from you; but they would absolutely have to go through the proper channels even if they do.

So has anyone actually been served by these people?!  my daughter was in the hospital for 3 weeks they called me repeatedly on my cell phone demanding money.  They told me that they can take the next 2 months paychecks from me.  i am a single parent and live paycheck to paycheck.  Please tell me that they cant do this.

Some one call me from this number i did some research and found this site by the time i call them back they told me they were close and they couldnt****ist me... i insisted and this persons reply was "f**k" ill help u then. i thought it was really unprofessional of his part ...when he realize i new my right and that i had contacted the business that i originally o he got really upset curse at me and the told me i was goin to be serve the following day and then he ***g up the phone.

Can they go to my job and serve me????? has any one been serve by them?????

3 days ago mr Goldsteen, also called robert luke calls my friend @ work & threatens her to serve her,& I legal summons for check fraud -payup or go to jail .877-484-7025 .­I called him back with the case #& he tells me the same thing -pay up on a credit card now or go to jail for check fraud..I then looked up on the internet and found out it is not check fraud it is a loan-blackmail is illegal in all 50 states...Today I get a message on my phone that says-this is county legal services & they are coming to serve me if I do not pay the client@ 877-484-7025 ..­mr goldsteen. So I call him and he gets angry and mouthy with me-cause I told him I knew the law and the marshals/serve­r out here is not called county legal services & i filled a complaint w /bbb and tx attorney generals office for all these threats ...etc..If you take out a loan with these payday loan people-they are like sharks to get the money or interest back! An Angelo Barone called me stating he is coming to my home to pick me up for credit card fraud along with my 93 year old Dad Willian Kolpin and sisiter ***l Kolpin who also reside with me. He also added he`ll go to my job of employment to find me.

Here too, they are harassing me at work and have taken to calling other extensions than mine to get me to come to the phone. I have asked them several times to provide me the information about this debt but they keep telling me to call another number. It is very embarrassing and I don't even know what it’s from.

Same thing happened to me. The guy who called first was the same who answered the phone after dialing the number the number he gave me. They always answer the phone as Investigations, Legal Department, etc. just to scare people. I let them know about my rights under the FCRA. I tried hard to find the information, but I got no success at doing that. I called my local Office of the Attorney General and I was advised to contact them back to get their information or face consequences. The called me at 3:21Am, 4:48AM, 6:03AM, and 8:38AM. I got sick of this people, and finally after an intensive search I was able to find their info which I'm sharing with all of you, so you can send them stop and cease letters.Another advise, please check your state's statue of limitations. In Louisiana for example, after 3 years they have no right to collect a debt. In such letter you must add that they are not supposed to threat you by saying you will be arrested, prosecuted, bring you to court, etc. Please do not fall for that. THEY CANNOT THREAT YOU!! That's illegal. I also got a call from a blocked number.  They left a message stating that they received a fax about a claim for a bad check.   I have not written a check with anyone for over 2 years.  they gave me a number of 877-484-7025 to call with a claim number.  She said that in my best interest I should call that number or they will have someone show up at my work or at a relatives home and then she said good luck.

there is so****ing very wrong with this.got a loan from a payday loan place awhile back.not this place instead i got money from three places i didnt even ask for.had to close my savings account because every tom , **** and harry was takeing money. is it possable that these loan places are running a bigger scam then anybodys awhere of? be careful of the internet.

They also called me because I was one of the references a friend used when they requested a loan...they told me they were going to come to my house or go to my job. This is ridiculous. Couldn't this people be reported somewhere for harrasment?

Call came over Caller ID as "Restricted". A man identified himself as John Steiner. He was very polite and pleasant but totally full of sh**. He told me he had paperwork to serve on me for fraud and bad checks and that he had to serve them on my HR department. After explaining to him that I no longer worked there and that he could serve them at my home address he gave me a phone number and a case file I could refer to when calling the "client". He told me he would pour a large cup of coffee and sip it with a straw while waiting to hear back from them.  I told him he was full of it and there could be no criminal charges related to an unpaid debt. He asked that I please not get mad at him as he was just doing his job as a process server.  Legitimate process servers do not work this way. If they have paperwork to serve you, they simply serve you. They don't sit there with your paperwork and drink coffee while you try to work a deal with the plaintiff.This is all BS to scare people into paying the collection agency. I didn't call the number he gave me because I know it's all a scam (877 484 7025).
