Harassment !!! At its finest.

So am I the only one that knows this is a debt collector? I just put their number in a contact on my iPhone called my blocked calls with a Star Trek ringtone. I would feel guilty about the debt,, but that's what happens when all your money was in real estate. OH WELL,, I'm not the only one! Sad part is we put lots of cash down.

Did not leave a message - ready to cut landline.

Automated system has called me several times daily for months. The person the recording is trying to contact is not at my number. The automated system continues to call.

I am so tired of getting these calls. I filed a complaint with the FTC, have a Registration No. and the calls still persist. This piece of garbage have to stop. It is very annoying and the caller doesn't know the cir***stances of the person(s) they are calling.

They have call me several times, but when I talked to them they did not know for sure I was the target of their calls. That is not a good sign for a "debt collector"

I receive 3-5 calls a day and no message is left.

This number calls me at least 2 to 3 times daily. I have not been answering. Even if I have on my message ma****e no message is ever left. I can set my watch by their calls, I receive one call every Sa****ay morning at 8:01 a.m.

I know who it is I did some research and they are Cardwork Services. They have been hounding my ***her-in-law, asking for my Husband, my ***her-in-Law tells me they say this is not a debt collector and then they say to push #1 and then they **** up the phone!! My ***her-In-Law is not to good a shape to have to deal with this hounding phone calls and further more they are suppose to be like detectives my Husband has not lived @ His ***HERS FOR YEARS WE HAVE AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT #!! I am leaving this as unknown but from the research I have completed they seem to be a Debt-Collector, but I do not know that to be a Fact!! So if they want to talk so bad why does this Company CONTINUE TO **** UP????????? These Companies that are Debt-Collectors or Telemarketers need to get their Companys Straight know who your calling and why, send mail, and STOP HARRASING INNOCENT PEOPLE!!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT TO THA FTC AND OTHER PROPER AUTHORITIES!! ALSO PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calls way too much

I receive this call twice a day and early morning on Sa****ays and Sundays 8:00 AM every week. I have never answered the phone as my instincts are that it is a telemarker or some other fraud. I have this number on my caller ID and it is overloading my phone not to mention the irritation.

This company is affiliated with many credit card companies. In my case they bought part of Providian's debt. It is owned by another bank now. You must mail a letter to "cease and desist" (using those words)all phone contact an give them a mailing address

Calls my cell phone several times a day & even on weekends and does not leave messages! As early as 8am on through the whole day.

The rep, whom stated her name as Mrs. McMiller with Cardworks Services, address TMerrick Bank, PO Box 9201, Old Bethpage, NY 11804 looking for a woman which I stated did not live at this # for at least the last 9 years, the length of time I had this #. One tip you can try is this: Stay on the line with them, DO NOT **** up with them. They may not be able to **** up with you if you have an antiquated CPC type line. If this is the case they will try and **** up with you, but cannot. Be in control and do not let them transfer you. Have fun for hours if need be! Good luck!

Identified themselves as 800 service. Calling a***n for Shylon Somers who is no longer at this number. He moved 5 years ago and I believe he lives in Colorado Springs with his new wife Talen Kautz and her family. Hope they find him OK. Wish they would stop calling my number.

I just got a call from this number, I asked who this was and a "Carol" said she was working for Card Works Servicing for Merrick Bank.  The conversation s****ed off with her overriding me in talking, she finally ended with I will turn you over to our attorney. From reading others, I tried to make the call last as long as I could but she ***g up on me.

I've gotten three calls from them today. I've never had a Merrick Bank account, have no idea of who they are!  They didn't leave a message either.

Have repeatedly requested validation, only to be told they do not have to validate the debt. Have repeatedly told them to stop calling, that we do not conduct business over the phone, and they continue to call. According to the FDCPA, they DO have to validate the debt once you ask. We also asked repeatedly for an address and real person to direct our written correspondence to, only to be told they do not have to furnish that either.

Don't know who they are but they call my cell phone every morning and about 20 times during the day.

These people are a**holes. Nextcard was a Visa credit card that went out of business sometime in early 2002. I had an account there with a credit line of $1000 and I always paid my account off in time via online payments. One day, the website that I was making payments on disappeared, and I never received another statement in the mail from Nextcard. Months later, I found from Google searches that Nextcard went out of business due to illegal practices, whether it was an Enron-type scandal, or some kind of fraud activity. Anyway, years later they s****ed to attempt to collect this debt, which they had tacked on countless fees and charges, too, after not trying to get me to pay for years. I paid off the account in 2005 or 2006 and a few weeks ago, they s****ed calling me a***n trying to get me to make the exact same payment! I am infuriated by this and will do anything I can to prove these people are lying a**holes! They need to be reported because what they are doing is completely unethical.

I guess they called for the 1st time today and was asking my wife to provide and confirm more ways to contact me. This shows charged-off on my credit report, anyone has insight into that?

S**** getting calls at 8:15 a.m. every day including Sa****ay and Sunday 3 to 5 times daily up to 8:45 p.m. Have told them the person they are asking for does not live here. They moved 4 years ago. Then they want to know how to get in touch with them - I tell them I have no idea (which I don't) He insist that I do then I **** up. Will be glad when this stops.

Merrick Bank debt collection looking for someone that I don't know.

These people keep caling my cell at very odd times. I called them back and they identified themselves as "Recovery Company" and said they do recovery for serveral companies for all kinds of reasons. I do not owe money to anybody, so these people are just calling at random with that excuse. I would say let's report them.

They kept calling me and still calling. I sent them a letter and told them I do not have an account with them-never heard of them..Please give me info. They wrote back: Unable to locate an account on me but they still call.

Funny thing I gave it a call back today to see whats up and some music plays and the guy that picks up says it's a personal cell phone with an 877 number.I'm getting these calls on a number that I only have a week now, must be from a person that used to have the number before I do.

They call at all times and are getting to be rather anoying. Did get the chance to actually talk with one en***y on other end and they said that this is Merrik Bank, who ever they may be, and proceeded to say I owe them money for some unkown and unproved reason. Beware as I am thinking this may be a fraud type senario. I am considering persuing Leagal action if it continues

KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, THEY CALL EVERY SA****AY AT 1PM - SO WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ANNOUNCE THAT THEY CLOSE AT 1PM ON SA****AY!  I AM ON A DO NOT CALL LIST AND I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW THEY GET TO ME.

They called today and did not leave a message. In addition today; they called and tried to check my messages on my answering ma****e. I looked on my caller ID to see who was trying to access my voicemail when it prompted for an access code. The company name is Merrick Bank. Scary when they resort to trying to figure out your access code to your voicemail. There is no telling how long their collections department has been doing this and I am reporting them as well as have to c****e my number now.
