I HAVE HAD TWO PHONE CALLS FROM THEM DIDN'T ANSWER THEM CAUSE I DON'T KNOW THEM OR WHO THEY MIGHT BE,SO I WISH THEY QUITE CALLING ME.
I got a call from this number today. They did not leave a message but I also have Tmobile account so I'm guessing, like Deebo that it is Tmobile making these calls. This is 2nd or 3rd time this number has called me but never a message. I've been a good customer for years and years so I****ume it is sales wanting to upgrade, or it could have so****ing to do with the****or that AT&T is buying Tmobile out and the customers of Tmobile may get pounded for a while to switch to AT&T phones, plans, etc. If this is Tmobile, just wish they would leave a msg so I don't wonder!
Got a call from lady at this number claiming to be from an inside dept. at Tmobile; she wanted to know if I was happy with my service &/or if I qualified to upgrade my phone. She knew how long I'd been with Tmobile, how many minutes my plan had & what kind of phone I am using. Even tho she knew all of this I still was ***ue in my answers, not knowing if this was a scam. She didn't 'push me' or pump me for more info, so I think it might be Tmobile - but you can nvr be too careful these days! I told her did not need any c****es whatsoever & nothing needed to be upgraded - I also avoided confirming things that she stated during the call.
