This guy is totaly faking his voice (******)...My hes says..... "His office has info. they are attempting to convey to us on numerous occasions... says he is Mr. Emanual Herskowski (?) and he requires we call him by 4:30 .... blah blah blah... he sounds so **** fake and sarcasticly ****** ...and I am NOT calling this number to even try to see what's it's about or to see if this **** is real or not....
