Yep. Onstar.

They called, I answered but was driving and my music was loud so I couldn't hear them and after a min they ***g up. I came here to look up the # and after reading that its onstar I went in my truck, pressed the onstar ****on and spoke with the agency. I told them I did not want the service or their phone calls and they said it wouldn't happen a***n. It's 2 weeks later and I have not received another call from this #.

Remove my number - do NOT call a***n!!!!

They have called about 8 times in the last week and each time I answered, the other end was dead. They're past the stage of harassment, even without anyone answering!

They're desperate for money like everyone else. I answered it then ***g up. The caller sounded like a girl that was about 17 years old and had the sound of a bar in the background. Didnt even say she was with onstar - just*****o - like uh*****o? Now that's pretty desperate.

Onstar mad because they don't have my new debit card number and so have no. Way to charge me for the service I cancelled but they continued to charge for. Guess GM is hurting for money a***n...glad I left the company

It is onstar. They call every morning and wake the whole house up.

After viewing other's experience on this site, I called the #. I was being called for expiring OnStar accounts. You have to be noted on each account that you don't want further calls for any reason.

You're right. When you call them back to get them to stop calling tell them you have sold the car they are in question of. The sales calls will stop coming.

I had onstar in 2005. They have never contacted me b4, why would they s**** contacting me 3 cars later? if gm is using these s*** tactics I will never buy another one. I don't remember ever giving them my cell phone. I never give my cell # out. Our Government is broke from all these useless agencies. I think it's time we insist on closing these agencies if they can't do the job!

did the call back routine as indicated above by Steven, was told it might take a couple of days to be effective. see what happens because they are pests

Thank you, Steven. I too dialed the number and added my name to the Do Not Call list. I bought a new car last year with the OnStar service but never used it. The young man on the other end of the line was very polite.

So I will never have a car with onstar after this. I called them 3x to tell them to stop calling. I don't have GM car.. and my car is older than onstar's service. So this last time I called they transferred me to the National DO NOT CALL list which my number is on.  This is awful.

Got a call from 877-503-0574 and no one was there.

We are having calls from this number several times a day and when we answer no one answers! We are on the do not call list and would like to know why we keep receiving these calls.

If you bought a GM product you gave them permission to call your phone number

We should ABSOLUTLY not be receiving calls from 877-503-0574. I keep ****ing up or not answering the phone, but they still keep calling. We are on the DO NOT CALL list, but i guess it do not work. AH!

They keep calling me.  I just called a second time to be removed from their list.  I filed a complaint with the useless FCC but they said they found no violation even though I'm on the no call, have never done business with them, requested with an operator to be removed and they still have called five more times.  Now I know why the telemarketing calls have returned, the FCC is a joke and companies have figured this out.

This number has called me two days in a row at approximately 8:35 a.m. and did not leave a message either time.

Yeah, it's OnStar; unless you have OnStar it was a wrong number.

Called me at about 1 PM, did not leave a message. I called back the number on the Caller ID display and got a menu recording for OnStar. One of the options was to press 4 to be put on their Do Not Call list. I am already on the national DNC list and I have never had any dealings with OnStar. Why should I have to ask to be put on their DNC? Instead I will file a complaint.
