They say they're calling on behalf of the PGE Lifeline program, and they told me I qualified for a 100% discount. I said "That doesn't sound true!" and he asked how much my last PGE bill was. I told him it didn't matter, because the offer didn't see real, and I was going to check with PGE to see if this was an actual offer. He very politely said "OK", and that was that.

It’s weird that people say ***ody said anything. They left a message saying. “Hello? Can you hear me?” They said this several times and I heard a lot of chatter in the background, like she was in a telemarketing office. No message. It’s CLEARLY someone I don’t want to talk to.

Offering free government phones with a camera...not sure if these are legitimate government phones or they are scamming to get my info? Dont know of any government phones that will offer a camera phone
