Leave a CommentRobocall, speaks of getting a file corrected and wants me to call him back
I get this number called to me regularly. They leave a recorded voice mail asking me to call them back to give them information about someone I know who is in legal trouble. They call me from other numbers as well. 4 times in 4 days. Bullsh*t!
Got a call from "Mike Lambert," identical script as NN's call from "Gary Hollow," and guessed correctly that they're looking for the guy I mistakenly get collection calls about regularly. When I explained that I don't know the person, they were very kind to quickly say they'd take my contact info out of their system. Let's hope that buys me a couple months before the next collection agency s****s calling for this guy. If you're getting collections calls for someone you truly don't know, there's some helpful info here:paydayloner.com/wrong_number_more.html
I also received several calls from Mike and was skeptical about returning the numerous calls that I had received. I finally decided to call them back and came to found out they were not “looking for someone I knew” they were actually looking for me! They stated that I had some sort of lawsuit that had been filed a***nst me and that I needed to appear. I called the local courts and did in fact find out that they were telling me the truth. I was summoned into court over some issues that I thought had well be resolved.
I got the same msg as NN but the name was Lucas Miller. I never called him back, if its a collection call they have to say what company they are from. Also last mondays call was the first time I've ever had a call like this. I got a call today but no msg was left.887-588-0801877-522-7724Are the two numbers they have called frm.
This guy has been calling for months. I have no debt. The same automated voice calls and he goes by Mr. Yardley, Mr. Schwartz, Mr. Bogarth, Terry Freeman and a bunch of other names. Yes****ay he was Gary Howell (Hollow). Today he called as Kevin O'Shea. Initially, his messages were more "imperative" and "demanded" my attention. As Gary he said:"Hey it's Gary Hollow. I'm contacting you because I still have a file in my office that I need to verify some location information on. It's regarding someone you know and there's some conflicting facts that are currently present in the file but I cannot leave proprietary information on your voice mail. So it would be best for you to contact my office back so that we can review this together. The number you can reach me at is 877-588-0801. A***n that's 877-588-0801. I'll be available today to take your call so just ask for Gary and we can get this wrapped up. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you soon."As Kevin O'Shea he repeated the same text but c****ed the name and number.Someone else on another phone report site wrote:"Same company but many numbers. They keep buying new 800 numbers to get to people who might otherwise recognize the old. 866-809-***5866-847-4539866-878-6481877-475-1323877-481-1140877-591-0433866-***-7657800-533-6596866-852-2187877-591-7013877-591-7017877-591-7730877-522-7719887-588-0801877-522-7724"Hope this helps you figure out that this is pure scam!Reply !
I tell you what. I to was fed up with the constant phone calls however i came to find out that they were looking for my grandson and just 2 days ago he was served from a process server in reference to an outstanding court issue. You can tsalk the talk but i urge people to understand the seriousness of these phone calls.
These people are scammers, Mike Lambert, they want to get any and all information from folks to take advantage,****ume iden***ies and commit fraud - They Are LIARS. If that is not what you want for yourself, Do Not Speak with anyone about you or your families information, whatsoever. These people especially prey on the elderly.
I called Mike back and found out that this is not a scam. I found out that he is a process server looking for my uncle. I didnt get alot of information, but when I spoke to my uncle I came to find out that he was served to appear in court. This is serious.
I received a message from Mike Lambert. After speaking to him I realized that I had an paycheck that was never mailed to me from my previous employer. I gave him my address and he said he would mail me some paperwork so that I can claim my check. I guess it’s a payout for all my vacation time. I'm glad I returned his call, I thought he was a debt collector as well..
Got a call this morning from Mike Lambert, he left a brief message about an "urgent matter to resolve." I'm not calling it back, based on what I've read here, it's a scam.
Mike Lambert calls me to say either me or someone with the same last name who they think is my relative, instructing me to resolve a damage report in which I have no knowledge of.
I got a call from Mike Lambert and he left a quick voice message, that got cut off. So, i called the number back. I was quickly shuffled to Mike Jones, who rapidly began telling me I had was in default from an account I had allegedly "refused" to pay. He said that since I had "refused" that his company, Imperial Recovery, was planning on immediatetly taking further action. It was regarding a debt I owed to Wells Fargo, which I have paid responsibly and is NOT past due. He was rude and spoke quickly and threateningly; he had enough information that it made me question if there was some other fees I had overlooked. They had an address from over 5 years ago. I am concerned this is a fraud and that they are going to scam me.
My grandmother received a call from Mike Lambert. When she called him back he was looking for me in reference to 401k plan that I took a loan a***nst. I was sure that I paid the account back but remember being in default after losing my job in 2010. I never received a 1099 for the loan disbur*****t so I never claimed it as income on my 2009 tax return. I hope Mike Lambert is not from the IRS
Does anyone know who this is and where they are located?
I just received a call Mr. Lambert, he wanted to know where I lived so he can serve me with papers in reference to a city ordinance violation. I gave him my address and am very interested to see if it’s for a over grown tree that my neighbor has been complaining about. I mean seriously, what a waste of tax payer’s money.
I received a call from a Mike Lambert today; apparently he is trying to serve my wife with papers from a car accident from 3 years ago. This is shocking to me because that wreck and injury claims were covered under my property insurance policy. I am unsure how he found my new address and phone number, but my family has received mysterious phone calls for me in the past months looking for my phone number and address
