I tried to get my HP printer to send a fax through my HP computer and after many unsuccessful attempts, got this person to call me. I gave him access to my computer to help me get the fax done and he instead s****ed going into all kinds of file and showe me I had 31,000+ items on my computer that was not supposed to be there. I ***g up the phone. He called back a few times. This has GOT to be a scam.

I gave them access to my computer via Splashtop. Then they proceeded to show me malware on my Mac computer and said I needed to buy a $300 Norton 360 Lifelock program. I told them I had no money and it sounded like a scame. They ***g up, I rebooted my internet and turned off wifi. I am hoping they are not on my computer now.... ugh
