scam mer spammer

Likes to call after 8:30pm, which is illegal.

Wanted to know who I was?

Called at workplace said they were eocca. And wanted to collect on someone who had defaulted on a student loan. And threatened to garnish wages. Already had personal info. Will not do anything in writing

Ad called my home number of times( when I was home and not home)early in the morning or late at night.And have reoprted them to the national call list

Called and left no name. Just a phone number. Seem to be a scam

Name of company is eocca. They will not disclose who they are when u ask them. The only way I found out is by calling the number back. They are rude and persistent. Looked them up online n apparently they r scammers trying to get ur ss# or any type of personal info they can. I never stay on the phone long enough to find out personally. They asked for my husband n I told her I am his wife what do u need. She said persuant to federal law it is a private matter that can only be discussed with him. Do u know n said his name. I just ***g up.

Had info on me and my family they shouldn't have had. They called my uncle and my grandmother and finally me saying that they were my bank and I didn't make my car payment but they weren't my bank. I don't know who they are or where they got that info but don't answer or tell them anything!
