Illegal robo call from Acme, left voice mail "regarding a debt collection" for somebody. Blocked and reported.

I don't know who they are. All i know is their ******. They call you and when you answer a recording calls out your name. It says if this is blank blank press 1. Then them idiots put you on hold. I **** up. They got nerve to call you and then put you on hold.
