"Important Information" This is a debt collection agency MRS BPO LLC 1930 Olney av. Cherryhill N.J. 08003A Bad Debt will be on your credit for 7 years. If you have had a bad debt (collector) on your credit report and you make new arrangements to pay off the bill. The 7 years s****s all over as of that new agreement. And even if you now pay perfectly It will still show as a collection for seven more years. If you are six years into it. RIDE IT OUT!!!!

Hey Guys,       Even I had got a message recently, asked to call 877 553 3109 and extn 4526, called them and found out that they are a collection agency, I spoke to a person named Arnold R, who was very co-operative, He reminded me of an account I had long time back which I had already forgotten about, but he helped me resolve the matter, gave me a settlement and waived the interest charged all this time ever since the account was delinquent. So stop fooling around if you have a debt to pay and call Arnold I'm sure he will help you with the same....    "GOOD JOB ARNOLD"

Its a collection call from MRS

i got 2 calls, both a recording stating that he has paperwork that came across his desk and will be forced to make a decision on my behalf if i don't call him a.s.a.p.  This is a scam!

He call my wife job says his name is thomas Richard and if she did not do has he says she will be in a lots of trouble. Can not be a collections call because her credit score is in the 780 range.

I received 4 robo-calls in a row from a "Thomas Richards" who says he has an  message for a person at this number.  He says he has an important decision to make and he will make it whether I call back or not. he gives the number to call him back at as 877-553-3109, but the caller ID shows "New York Call (212)920-8260." Sounds like a scam!

I received a call from this same person.  I think it is a con and I am just reporting it and will not answer if called a***n.

yep, our business got the same message as stated above. I hope this guy gets caught.

Same here. Thomas Richards calls from 1-877-553-3114 but asks to be called at 1-877-553-3109. He does not sound threatening but he does not say who he is representiong nor does he ask for anyone specific so I let the ma****e get and then I delete. No call back from me unless he states who he is looking for and what he wants. Some say its a collection agency but I believe they would state who they wanted and I am paying my bills. Sounds like a scam.

Voice message from a Thomas Richards who says that my files were given to him this morning for review and he had an important decision to make.  He's trying to give me a chance to resolve the issue before he take more action?  He said that he urges me to call him back immediately to discuss the problem.  He sounded pretty threatening.  Sick!

illegal calls. does not identify as debt collection. in violation of federal laws.let me ask this question. they bought a debt that has been written off, right? for pennies on the dollar.now, the government has already reimbursed the original company for the debt as a tax write off.so, if they are collecting on so****ing that has already been paid on by the government, aren't they commiting fraud? that debt should be paid to reimburse the government, if anyone.these people are what's wrong with this country. it's a wonder that the economy is failing....anyone want to s**** a class action a***nst these people?? a***nst the people who sell the debt after being reimbursed by the govt??
