I just got a call yes****ay from this same guy. He had the exact same script as savanah word for word. I confronted him with the BBB and the FTC.  He had nothing to say and ***g up. Everybody needs to confront these scam artists. It's BS for these guys to get away with it.

Do not give this guy teh time of day. He is an American, or Filipino known to be posing as various people. He also scams lonely guys using fake female profiles and has them wire money through pre-paid debit cards and western union. My guess is that he is a big time ****** addict scamming for his next fix. This guy poses as lawyers, bill collectors, police. He is just a lame ****** bad. I called his messenger once and got him unexpectedly on the phone from my hotel back in Feb. He scammed this mentally disabled guy Randy Schrock out of thousands of dollars. This guy should know who I am. He knows I'm right next to him wat****g his every move. ****ies like him have to hide. The guy surfs from proxies in The Philippines. He thinks he is a big time hack/phreaker, probably ****s out on 4chan and is a huge ****phile. I have so many logs of his proxy ip hitting up various classified ads and craigslist ads. See I use trackers in all my ads and have logs of his ip hitting my ads and no later than 30 seconds my phone s****s to go off. One day he is Alex Vargas, another day he is Samuel Bishop, another day he is Nick Carter. He is a general *** and *****head. He knows when I find him he is a dead man. Its only a matter of time my friend.

I received messages through other parties that Investigator Mennilli was looking for me and was suppose to report to court for charges a***nst me. Charges were maliciously defrauding which could get me up to a yr in prison and a civil suit for money owed. I asked when the court was so i could be present he told me he needed to call upstairs and find out the docket number then put me on hold he asked me if he could call me back i said no i would hold then he came back and said Praise the Lord they don't have a docket number so i still had a chance to clear this up. During conversation he also told me he would give me the address to where i could pick up my supeona for court and also had a bond of 1625 plus my debt it was all bs then we talked and i told him i would pay the debt in payments that would be easy for me, then he wanted all this information, i didnt give it to him he then said go get card from walmart and put money on that and call him back with the number so they could take it out from there, told him i would do it when i got a chance  because i needed a ride , i then asked him how long he would be in office and he said uh then said he needed to call his wife if i could hold on he talked to what i guess was his wife because i heard the whole conversation he told her he was getting out at 5-6 then said oh u need me to go to grocery store i will then ***g up  and returned to talk to me he said ill be here till 6 call me back with information then left me another messsage stating you didnt call me back you see why people like you dont have anything cause you dont live up to your word and proceeded to criticize and say other things Bottom line if this is a business since when does your boss let you put client on hold or ask client to hold while he calls his wife where you can hear the whole conversation also credit card debt is a civil complaint not federal as he proclaims. Although i am responsible for this debt he took it a little to far good thing everything was recorded on my side so lets see who is filing charges now

Received a phone call stating that I only had 48 hours and that i was a respondent in order to appear next week in the pretense of two and need a place of delivery, not sure what this is and that I have to call immediately.  If not case will be pursued to the extent the law will allow.  Who are they

I was threatened with federal charges and my friends called stating that they were told all my personal business from a caller from this number. Who are they?

I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS STATING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO LOCK ME UP. AND STATED THAT THEY ARE FEDERAL AGENTS INVESTIGATING A FEDERAL CASE. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SLEEP FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I CALLED BACK AND NO ONE COULD GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I'M A LITTLE BIT CONCERN ABOUT THIS SITUATION.

IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THIS IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A BILL COLLECTOR!!!! THEY LEAVE MESSAGES STATING THEY THE PERSON THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT HAS A CASE PENDING A***NST THEM TO GET YOU TO CALL THEM BACK! THEY ALSO STATE THE THERE IS FRAUDELENT ACTIVITY REGARDING THE SSN # LISTED AND THAT'S ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO HAVE YOU CALL THEM! THE REPRESENTATIVES WANT YOU TO VERIFY YOUR PERSONAL WITHIN MINUTES OF THE CALL. DON'T DO IT!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND ARE MERE BILL COLLECTORS WHO SCAM YOU INTO CALLING THEM BACK! DON'T GET "OKIE DOKED" BY THEM.

Yeah they've been calleing me about someone named Cristopher and I have no idea who he is. Then when I calll them they wont connect me even when I type in the extension. If I answer the phone, they just **** up.

I got a call from these people saying I owe money to a loan I never have taking out. And they told me I had two choice either settle for the amount they give me or dispute it. And he always told me that if I dispute it that the fines would cost me about $2,000 and up and I would end up paying for their court fees and lawyer along with my court fees and lawyer. I'm not sure if this company is even a real company or if their trying to do a fraudulent act towards me.

I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment.  I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address.  I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter.  I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt.  I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them a***n.Here is the address to send them a letter demanding verification and/or a no contact letter.FRS (Federal Res***ution Services)5757 Main StreetWilliamsville, NY 14221

A taped message was left on my answering ma****e for my brother's ex-wife saying she was "a person of interest and needed to contact them immediately or deficients would be made without her knowledge". Why they are calling my house and leaving threatening messages for my ex-sister in law I don't know. I pushed 1 to talk to someone like the directions said but was disconnected. I tried calling back & only get a busy signal.

Caller said they have to speak with me within 24 hours regarding a "very serious" case about a realative of mine.  It was vital and I only had 24 hours to reply because this is a serious investigation.  The gentleman on my ma****e identified himself as Investigator Marinelli.  I called back before I check this number and got a ma****e where I left a message that I had called.

I received two calls from 877-568-8296. The first caller said there was a complaint filed a***nst my brother and they needed to get in touch with him immediately.  I asked who filed the complaint, what the complaint was about and why were they calling me.  I would not give out any information.  The next caller said I had to give them the information they were looking for or they would "make the decision for me".  I told them to make the decision and ***g up without giving them any information.
