This phone number is from United Collection Bureau if any one wants to know . They leave an automated message in voice mail that's not completed. If any one gets a call its from a collection agency. Even if you block it,it will still go through. I keep telling them I have no funds and that I'm retired and they still persit want me to pay them after I told them I take important things first. So i ***g up on them and I'm not answering no more.
