I recently got a call from this number and my caller ID said "Toll Free" I didn't answer it. Not long after I got a call from a very similar number but with a "9" as the last digit. Caller ID said "Toll Free" The lesson is, that no matter how many numbers are added to the "Do Not Call" list, marketers just use another phone number to call you. I have solved the problem by subscribing to an inexpensive voip internet phone service that works off my wireless router (www.itvoip.com). $9.95 a month + tax (after initial equipment charges) for our limited home use (because we use our cell phones so much). This service allows us to Black List up to 100 numbers, so that when an offending number calls it hears a message "This phone number is temporarily unavailable" and our phone doesn't ring at all. We're up to 65 numbers so far. The phone service also notifies my cell phone with a text if a voice mail is left on our home number and I can access the message from my cell phone. The service also sends a wav file of the message to my computer. How neat is this!
