She mumbled the first part of the message a bit, but said she was, “calling on behalf of Pacific Gas & Electric from HPA”. I’ve been receiving these everyday for a few days, and today 3 times total on both my regular and my Google number.

many many annoying calls on cell phone and home phone.....here is the message when you call back 877-585-5974 - the are Pacific Market Reserach and because of the market reseach work they do they are exempt from the Federal Do Not Call List.....in order to be removes from their call list (it will take 7 business days), YOU must send an email to [email protected] with the phone numbers and email addresses YOU want removed from their list. Am still going to send this Federal Do Not Call list folks..
