two messages left in the last two weeks. First one says I "have to call back by Monday or he will go through with the matter" Sounded threatening as if it was lawfirm or collection agency. Second one was Charlie Tidwell saying, basically, "I have a related person to you in my office about a matter that concerns you, I'll be in the office until around 6:30 pm central standard time".

The no call list itself is a bit of a fraud. I registered my numbers, but still get calls from commercial interests that shouldn't be calling. I just checked my registration is valid. I wouldn't know where the problem lays. Could be that people aren't filing complaints, or complaints are being filed and the government isn't acting on them? The no call legislation ended about being about allowing the ****mum amount of en***ies as possible to keep making these call, than protecting the individual from receiving unwanted calls. However this is USA inc. after all.

This number left a message from a Charlie Tidwell. Most likely prerecorded because it use my first name, which is in my greeting. One of those urgent matter calls. With wide open I called the #. First alert was the robot please hold. 2cd. when a human did come one the line they didn't answer with a firm name, or their name. Without asking for Charlie I ask about the nature of the message left for me. Evidently there system ID my number, the person who answered, said that they where trying to contact so & so. While the last name was the same, it wasn't anyone I know. I told them that & to place me on the do not call a***n.

This guy calls and claims to have someone you know in his office and you need to call him to verify thier information. TRAP!!! Don't make contact with this guy !@!!

Don't worry! just keep ignoring their call. I have been dealing with this for at least 4 months now. They even go as far as trying to call you through what appears a local #, do not fall for it. A rule of thumb; if you do not recognize the #, don't answer!!!! If its important enough they will leave a message and then u can screen their call. I know, I know its frustrating to keep seeing their phone number appear on your caller ID. I just now received a message from a Mr. Henderson stating that I had until 5pm today to return his call or else he will need to move forward with his case.....I can't wait!!! Hopefully that ends the calls.

Mr. Henderson has a file that has been transfered to his office. some other s***l about his office has contacted me repeatedly, but failed to get a response from us. They do not identify who they are trying to reach. Just a prerecorded message.

Calls 1 or 2x a week, demands that someone (not identified) call back. Never says who he is trying to call. Never states nature of call. Calls get continually more irritated on his end. Some urgent matter. Haven't phoned back.

Three days in a row between 9 and 10am this number has called, it is a voice recording of a rude sounding man claiming to be "Mr. Parker" and he has a very urgent matter that he needs to discuss with me so that he can get me out of some "situation" I have gotten myself into (whatever, I know it's spam now!) I finally decided to call the number he gives in the recording so that I could get put on the do not call list and it just rings in, places you on hold and then ****s up...dead air. I don't know how to get this number to stop calling, Is there so****ing we can do?

A voice recording from "David Parker" has called four times now, always around 10:30am. Says to call back about some important undisclosed situation by 6pm, 5pm, etc. Haven't called back because I wasn't sure what would happen, hence looking up the number here first. Definitely won't call back now, and my number is probably going on the National Do Not Call List!

I thought this would have stopped by now. I'm tired of the harrassing recording urging me to call for urgent (undisclosed) matter. Do they thing we are fools? Is there NO ONE who will pursue and eliminate the vermon?

Same recording for 3 days says call back ask for Mr. parker. When called back some person mumbled his name as so****ing law office asked what # they were calling. When I said #, he said they were trying to reach some imaginary person.

Received a call today. This was the second time they'd called. Decided to call back. It was a collection agency looking for my brother-in-law. Told them I didn't know how to get in touch with him (because I don't.) They said they'd remove my name from from their calling list.

They keep saying I need to get back with them , very important, ect.... Very annoying

At least 3 calls now. Always "imperative" that we call back before 4PM regarding urging business matter. Last call man identified himself as "Mr. Parker".

Recieved calls 2 days in a row to call back by 4 pm do dicuss a business matter. REcieved more calls a few weeks after about the same thing, this time with a different name.

Received calls from this number two days in a row. Left a message that we must return the call by 4:00pm. Individual identified himself as Mr Franks, but not sure, he mumbled his name. We have also received several calls from several other 877 numbers from what sounds like the same person using different names.

Calls and says they have a business matter that is necessary to call them.

Calls every week and leaves a message - "Imperative" that we call the office before 4:00. No idea who it is.

Didn't answer. No message left. Spam!!!!

SPAM Call. called the number to get removed from their call list it transfers you to dead air then fast busy and ****s up on you
