Leave a CommentI got a call from this number. The lady who answered was most rude. She talked too fast and when I asked her to slow down she said "i don't understand you either --- ". Then she told me that I owed an overdue debt and only if I agreed to pay it today can it be resolved successfully or one fourth of my salary will be decreased ---- " and so on. She was most belligerent, and when I told her that I had NO overdue loans she became even more rude - if that is possible, and send the file had all the information about me, and if I was not willing to pay right away she would send my file back for garnishment. When I reiterated that I had NOT borrowed any money, she sneered and ***g up.
Got a call from a miss Kamwa saying she was with some waste management company. Gave me Ann acct number and this number to call back on then wished me luck.

boy I am happy I ran this number
I received a message on my voicemail at work from a Mrs. Gary at work today. I called back and asked who I was speaking with and the lady identified herself as Mrs. Perkins. She said she was collecting for an online Pay day loan (United Cash Advance) which I have never taken out or applied for. I work in collections so I am well aware of the FCDPA laws. I immediately asked for her to send me some information by mail to validate the debt. I told her I had not gotten anything by mail and am unaware of the debt. She said she already had sent me so****ing and this was going to processing for a garnishment. I told her I had never been served with a lawsuit and they do not have judgment a***nst me. She said they don't need judgement ( which is a lie). I then said I wanted to dispute the debt since I was unaware of the debt and she said I cannot do that because it is too old. Every collections agency MUST provide you with proof of the debt when it is disputed so it can be validated. I then asked to speak to her supervisor or boss which she said I cannot speak to them and that they are not in. I then asked for her location and company name. She said she is located in Ne***ska and the company name is E.W.A. If you look on the Ne***ska Secretary of State you will find that there is no such business with the name E.W.A.!!! Becareful. WHATEVEAR YOU DO, do not give out any personal information, not even your last name. Tell them you will file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and FBI. Hopefully this will get them to leave you alone. If they have any personal information I would suggest getting a credit report, looking it over and filing a police report so you can put a freeze on it to preven iden***y fraud!! Good luck! :)
Thank you for all your information. Just received a phone call to call them back and ask for a Mr. Gary. I won't call back since it does seems to be a SCAM. It really worried me when I hear the message. Thank you everyone for all your input.
