Called my cell and didn't leave a message.
Likely HIPPA violation ....
been getting daily calls from this number and no message ever left. When I search my caller id, their number appears but when I call, it rings and no one picks up.

My mom received a call from this number on her cell phone asking if she was my daugher's guardian that took her (daughter) to a doctor (whose name we've never heard of) in April. When my mom said that she is not the guardian, the caller would not give her name or repeat the doctor's name, and rudely asked who my mom was. She just said "I'm the grandma", and told her she would have me call them back, but the lady would not leave a phone number and said the number on the caller ID would not accept incoming calls. I've seen posts that this is a survey company for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, but my daughter does not have that insurance.
i got the same **** up, but if all of us know about "St. Joseph's Health Care System" like we do, then it seems the most likely

Seems unlikely; I haven't seen a Doc's in the past 3 months...
