Got a call from these guys saying they would serve a bench warrant, do not know who they are because they had my name and my daughter'same mixed up.  Did not know who they were looking for and did not know my home phone number.  Would like to know who these guys are, because they are harrassing all the people they think are close too me.

This Davis & Clark lmom at my house for friend of mine and the recording violated most of the FDCPA regulations. When I called to tell them they were contacting the wrong number, they began to harass me. I conferenced in my attorney's office and the guy from Davis & Clark continued to give my attorney's receptionist a hard time. I have hired an invetigator to see who owns this Davis & Clark and intend fully on showing them what the civil & criminal law can really do, to people who violate the FDCPA and harass innocent individuals!

Received calls on my cell and work phone from a Richard Price claiming he was going to serve me with legal do***ents for Davis and Clark lawfirm out of New York.  The guy never told me what the papers were for.  He said it was a sealed do***ent.  When I told him not to call my place of employment anymore he said why? Then said he will see me at my place of employment when he comes to deliver the papers.  Well I am waiting for him to deliver these so called papers because this is a bunch of foolery.  Nothing but a collector trying to collect on a debt! If they be honest and tell me what the***** they are calling for and who is looking for payment.  I would be willing to settle.  But NO they wanna threaten me????I'm ready, cause there is gonna be some *** kicking today!!!

Yes, same thing happened to me. And somehow or another faked another call from the Dallas County Clerks office.. nice..
