Leave a CommentScam account. I have answered the call and no one ever picks up on the other end of the call. Almost as if they are testing phone numbers.
This is a very sophisticated scam number that sounds like you are calling into Wells Fargo with a standard WF greeting, but for debt collection. The phone is instantly answered by a person asking for your account information. If you are a WF customer, call the number on back of your cc or debit card and you will see how different the message and process is.
They call constantly! Have not said anything but it’s really aggravating! They call on Sunday they’ve even called before 8 AM. Going up block the number now that I see several people have the same issue!
The person calling claimed to be from Wells Fargo, they knew my address, how much was in my account, and they knew about a claim I filed a while back. The creepy part is that it wasn’t anyone from Wells Fargo. I called Wells Fargo’s number and asked about it and they said that it was a scam and to not release any personal information to the people calling from this number.
Calls but never leaves a voicemail
Calls everyday s****ing at 8 a.m. in the morning. Usually calls 2-3 times and even on a Sunday. When I do pick up the phone, no one answers.
Called them back and they said they were Wells Fargo. I don’t have a Wells Fargo account. Must be a scam.

Caller identified herself as being from Wells Fargo. Had a thick Asian accent. Didn’t have the correct name. Blocked the number (877) 647-8551. Spammer/Visher!
