they are thieves... they pass them selves as Spectrum, T-movile, Apple, AT&T. they send a message from Spectrum that you won from Spectrum an i pad pro all you need to do is pay the shipping for a dollar NOT TRUE, they end up charging your account $39.97 for another raffle that they are having. they are located in Arizona. i called them and the lady was not happy at all. this is a SCAM!!!!!!.
