Funny to me how "Alicia" and "Ben" post the same thing on every site. LOL perhaps one of the scammers from UPS trying to dupe people into paying them money. I got a call from them too. I don't have any payday loans so I know it's a scam. Don't be fooled by fast talk and threats people. Even if you legitimately owe a payday lender money, they cannot have you arrested for fraud. At best, they could take you to small claims court but they aren't going to work that hard. If you are worried they are serious and have filed a lawsuit, check the website for the county in which you live. It is a matter of public record and they will have it on file if any type of suit is pending.

CALLED THIS 877 NUMBER BACK THOUGHT WHAT NOW WOMAN ANSWERED SAID UNIFIED PORTFOLIO SERVICING ASKED FOR MY DOB AND ADDRESS I USUALLY DON’T LIKE TALKING TO THESE COMPANIES I THOUGHT IT WAS ANOTHER CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUT IT WAS FOR MY PAY DAY LOAN I TOOK OUT AND BOY IM GLAD THEY CALLED WHEN THEY DID I SETTLED IT OUT FOR PENNIES WAS VERY HAPPY AT THE END OF THAT CALL MS TYSON WAS VERY HELPFUL GOT MY LETTER THAT DAY NO FUSS

UNIFIED PS GROUP CALLED THIS COMPANY IT STATED THAT I HAD MY MLA ACCOUNT WITH THEM I WAS CONFUSED AND WE SAT ON THE PHONE I FOUND OUT I WAS VERY DELINQUENT ON MY LOAN THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTION AND THEY ACTUALLY SAVED ME SOME MONEY TOO MR GIVENS HELPED ME OUT AND HE WAS VERY NICE TOO AT LEAST SOME COMPANY IS DOING IT THE RIGHT WAY I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED DEFINITELY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM

They are a scam debt collection agency that claims that you owe them money. They have been calling daily for the last six months.

Got a call and voicemail from this number that left a ***ue message from "UPS, LLC" about an "urgent matter" and gave a short reference number. I did some Google searches for "UPS LLC" and most comments say they're a scam debt collection agency.
