We received a green card with this information. did this search. I ordered from "Pirate's Lair" recently. I am throwing a way the card based o these comments. Thank you for your comments everyone.

Got a green card from Summit Package Services.  Thanks for the warning!  I will not call.  I'm in Rochester, Michigan.

Got the green card yes****ay (04 Nov 10)  I didn't recognize the sender ("Summit Package Services" out of Whitehouse, TX) so I didn't call them.   Googled the phone # and found this list!  Glad I didn't call.  I'm actually waiting on a Woot delivery and am wondering if that is where they might've got my address...

Got the card today. Knew it was a scam as we did not order anything. Besides, UPS, FedEx, USPS will leave a note on the door. Thanks for the info on this scam. We are in Munster, Indiana.

Got one of the little green cards. I did call but got [put on hold for an operator so I immediately ***g up. For all I know it may be a premium line. Anyway decided to Google to find my doubts were confirmed by this site.

Yes, I placed an order on Amazon. ***! I just placed it and a few days later this ****py number stealing card shows up. Last time I place an order with them. Dont call, it will automaticallycapture your number. The number has a VM that repeats but you will never get anyone. Its an automated number capture scam. Return the card to sender.

I got a green card today and my husband said it's just a scam.  I called and didn't get any kind of answer.  I hope they didn't steal my number.I just recently ordered a package from Amazon and haven't received it yet.  I wonder too if someone is passing purchasing information.  Maybe companies like Amazon should investigate.

Just curious about so****ing for others who have received the "Green Card" as I did. Did any of you others who have received the card make any recent online purchases from either Amazon or Cabala's as I have? Or order so****ing with USPS delivery?I am wondering if someone at one of these places may be selling our information to a third party? Because I almost called the number on the card due to recently placing an order with these companies and I am expecting delivery any day.

i got the green card.  out of curiousity have called the 877# blocking my phone number.  just rings and rings.

Same MO as previously reported under different toll free number.  Green Card received in mail with a package number and track number, from Whitehouse TX.  Tries to obtain your Credit Card number in exc****e for offer of free coupons, restaurant purchase rebates, etc.

This number is****ociated with Apex Services, who sends little green postcards saying you have a package. My guess is that if you call them, that they can call you back. While I have not called them, on one of the other numbers they used, people reported that eventually lead to an offer where you would end up spending money to either get a free vacation or rebates. While they seem to stay on the right side of the law, you should carefully consider if you really want to spend money on their unsolicited offer.
