This is someone calling from a jail or prison
Called my phone seven times in a row. Left no messages.
I immediately ***g up and blocked the number.
This number is from inmate call center so you can add money to your phone for the inmate to call.
Never leaves a message
Partial message said: "......diagnostic correction center. Press one to accept call, etc." Knew immediately it was a prison. I immediately blocked the number. Don't ever answer a number you don't recognize.
This is to set up an account so an inmate can make calls. It's not spam

called twice left a automated robo style message that referenced more information on receiving phone calls from people in jail the message was mid sentence and not complete
Called twice in a row and did not leave mssg then the third time another 800 number called saying they are penny mac and calling about my mortgage-- i do not have a mortgage
