They called my phone number looking for a specific name ( they left the first and last name of the person they are looking for). This is illegal. They are not allowed to leave someone's first and last name on a answering ma****e. When I called them back, and tried to explain I'm not that person, he became very rude! I then informed him it was illegal to leave someone's information and 'personal debt' information on random phone numbers. He did not want to hear that. He would not give me his first and last name. Beware of these clowns!

These people keep calling me,multiple times each day,always leaving the same message,with a reference number for an unknown bizarre computerized name. They are relentless,dishonest,and insulting.

Google it folks.  It's legit. No scam.  It's Lien Enforcement, inc.  If you had a car towed and stored and owe money for that they are calling to collect. When I Googled it some excellent information came up along with California Vehicle Codes backing up the collection actions.

This # calls me several times a day. ANNOYING!!! How can I make it stop? HELP!!!

Have been calling everyday about 9:00am PST. Today called twice 8:54am and 10:10am

Someone called my parents home looking for me, my parents are 80 years old, they don't need calls of that Nature. If someone needs to get in touch with me from that company, they should call me at 808-347-2441.

keep calling, asked for one of my sons.  Would not identify themselves but said that he left a message w/ them......I looked the number up BBB they have three complaints already and a C- rating..lien bill collectors

Get calls from this number 3-4 times per week. ANNOYING!!  It's a scam but how can I remove my number?
