These are criminals. They refuse to identify their organization and that's a violation of the telephone solicitation laws in my state, where I am reporting their call to my state's attorney general. Legitimate companies will always identify themselves up front. Therefore, the only logical conclusion that works for me is that these people are criminals. Never answer any of their questions. Expect them to answer YOUR questions.
