Foreigner has called several times trying to get into my computer remotely explaining that so****ing was wrong with my computer. Dell will never call you!!! In fact, when I called this number back someone answered "Dell Tech Conciergie Services" in a foreign voice & it sounded like I was talking overseas! So I ***g up the phone & was charged $4 for making an over seas call!
This number is SPAM! The voice is always foreign and hard to understand! They call their company Dell Tech Concergy Services! Dell will never call you in the United States!!! The voice on the phone immediately tells you that you have a problem with your computer and he needs to take control of it to fix it remotely!! DO NOT LET HIM INTO YOUR COMPUTER! IT'S SPAM!
