Citi Bank Credit card: Collections Dept.
Called me 10 times in one week! Asking for a random person, and persistently asking for information. Do NOT tell them anything!! Claiming to Be CITi BAN****!!
They call at least once a day and I don't even have a citi credit card.
Same they call & leave no message gets me upset
Didn't answer the call. They call about 6 times a day and leave no message on my anwering ma****e.
One note to "twister" and others--the * 67 does NOT work on any toll free number--they are paying for the toll free number and can still capture the number you are calling from so use a pay phone if you can find one. It is citibank credit card collections--talk to them once, dont let them get a word in edgewise, dont give them any info of any kind and tell them you are joining in the nation wide class action lawsuit a***nst them. As many people in this country that are ****ed off at the "too big to fail" banks there isnt a jury anywhere that will find in their favor--especially after they had their other hand out begging for TARP (taxpayer) money to bail them out. Tell them they have already been paid with taxpayer dollars, some of which are yours.
I get the same call sveral times a day at home and on my business cll phone. I have a card with Citi that is current. I don't bther answerring anymore. Although if you have afew minutes, try answering and leaving the phone alone, ties them up waiting for you. They are calling well after acceptable hours and I am on the do not call list.
They are calling all day and ****ing up...Who are these people?????
it is Citi Card and they are relentless. They call 12 times a day and I have been a card member with them since 1996 never missed a payment in all the years and since JAN i lost my job and tried to explain they told me not to make a payment for two months I did it and they still call and I give them what I can. They did raise my interest to 29.9 and its piling up. Won't do a **** thing for me. I do answer the phone and tell them they are being recorded on my end, they get mad and **** up. I'm so sick of talking with so many dumies. They must all have different computers. Until they work with me and drop the interest and give me a program I can live with I will continue to take names and pay every month what I can.
Just use two phones on speakerphone and add *67 before the number and call them back at the same time. Be very quite when you bust up laughing when they get a taste of thier own medicine by getting an incoming call from a collector.
Yeah; my husband was a loyal cardholder for over ten years. Right before the new laws took effect they jacked up the interest to 29% and tripled his monthly payments! He's never made a late payment, one that was less than the minimum or missed one, and they did this to him anyway! There's no way that we can make the payments now; when he tried to make arrangements with them they said that there's nothing that they can do (he spoke over and over and over a***n to them; different people every time that either didn't know or didn't care that he had repeated himself to many other employees) and that they will send him to collections. I wish that there was a way to organize a world-wide boycott on these pieces of ***t that took OUR bailout money and are now pulling this! We pulled these companies out of the fire with OUR hard-earned money and now they've chosen to ***** us all!
this is citibank. they call relentlessly! 4-5 time a day. tried to work out a payment plan with them. my husband is still unemployed. they wont accept what i can pay. so i guess i wont pay them at all!! it doesnt help matters when they jack up the interest rate to 29.9% and keep charging late fees and over limit fees. if i had the money i would have paid in the first place.
Whose phone is this that harr***** me every time
I received a call from this number, when I called it back the message said "You have reached the office of Carol Kluse, 7th grade counselor.....that was ODD.
call 5-10 time a day no message
I hear you all. I get 6-7 calls per day! This Must be illegal! No messages. No ID. Just relentless calls! 877-792-8215
Dear Citi,Tell the rude f***s at your f***ing collections department that I mailed a check for my full outstanding balance on last Thursday and will be closing my f***ing acount. I relayed this message via phone and I am still getting harrassing phone calls from CITI. Thank GOD for Google and websites like: whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8777928215 to finally find out that you d***heads are behind the calls. Now you f***ing know that your payment in full will be there in a couple of days; so, you f***ing a**holes better tell your f***ing rude employees to stop f***ing calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They called asking for my wife and when I said she was not home they ***g up which is very unusual for a business call.
Yep, it's citibank and they just srewed me so bad on my apr!!! it's a finance charge of over $300 a month plus the payment charge of $320!! Not sure what to do now... so much for keeping perfect credit!! ;-(
Yeah it is Citi. They **** as a company. If you have one of their credit cards get rid of it now before they jack up your APR and really ***** you over!
They left accurate information on my voice mail. I called them back, they identified themselves as Citi and the extension # matched up with the name on the message. Legit call.Makes me wish I had a job so I could pay what I owe, but then I wish that every day that I don't have one.Note: the call was received from (816) 420-4003, the 8215 number was left with their message.
I also receive the call from that number. They say i owe the credit card payment(but i didn't).I afraid my information stole by someone and apply (that) credit cardor the phone call just want to get our information to do so****ing.I decide checking my credit report. but I don't know where can I get the report.
I got the same phone call. My matter has not been resolved but I have not answered the phone call either. Its a different person everytime they call. I'm pretty sure its Citibank/citicard but I'm not 100% sure. I know why they would be calling me so I****ume its them.
Good afternoon,I've received a phone call from this number at my work. The individual on the other line claimed they were from citicard. They attempted to ask me for personal information such as my entire social (didn't give it), mother's maiden name, address, phone number, work number...I said that my husband already settled the matter with another individual just to end our conversation. Was that a scam attempt?
