Got a txt in response to a Security position on craigslist. Told me to call 877-805-9621 but the txt came from 704-301-2327

I also keep getting texts about a bartending position. Also they are texting my references. How unprofessional to text and also harass other numbers posted on my resume. Its a scam and needs to stop.

I got the same text. I'm glad I looked up the phone number first because I was about to call. Thanks everyone. What a scam!!

Just got a text from 704-301-2327 that reads "I just reviewed your application for the Admin****t position you applied for. Please call me at 877-805-9621." Seriously, what office manager would text instead of call or email administrative job applicants? I won't be calling.

They won't stop texting me. Do I just need to block the number?

Similar story here in SC, applied for an admin position, did not call after the text etc. Lame.

I applied on craigslist for a housekeep position. I got a text message back from 347-573-0195 to call 877-808-3878. When I didn't respond (because what professional sends a text message) they sent me another text saying to call 877-805-9621. Total Scam
