It's a scam. Lost pet message from lostmydoggy.com (which is a fake url).

I have two ads posted on Craig's List, one for a dog, one for a cat. He says that he drives by both locations on his way to work. The locations are in totally different areas. Sanford Rogue Fri, Aug 13 at 6:58 PM hi there, i drive near that area everyday to work i will keep my eyes open there is another website you can Post Your pet details there, TopFindingDogCat They basically notify 100s of neighbors, pet hospitals,vets and send pet posters on social media i would never have found my puppy without this help it cost me 50 usd but it was well worth it because the next day i got a call from someone that they found my pet.
This is a scam, there’s also an email: LOSTMYDOGGY.COM that is non existent, I hate these kind of scammers

Caller ID says so****ing about a lost dog.
877-818-0060 calls repeatedly leaving long message about a lost dog and the next call is about a lost cat. Comes in unavailable and instructs you to call back 818-527-7342 and click 2 -- BIG REWARD! How believable is this. Will block.
