This email address contacted me pretending to be a company I am****ociated with. They are fake prowling scammers and should be reported to the FBI.

This person or person should be incarcerated for scams and impersonator of fraudulent schemes. Pretending to be a credit card approval and the automated service ask for Ssn and the personal request of a organization of a credit approved dept.

This guy hacked into my account an c****ed my password, address an whatever else he did that I can't see cause I can't access my account now

Claiming to be with "CreditOne Bank" saying on recorded line and then ask for my brother but does not state purpose of call and when i informed her that if this was an attempt to collect a debt that she had 5 days to mail him a debt validation letter to the address on file and if failed to do so she was in direct violation of Fair Debt Collection Act and would be reported to the FTC, she ***g up!

Keeps calling me and saying I spent over $ 900.00 in a state called P***nix Arizona on a credit card account I don’t have I have never been there they asked for my SS# and what bank I use . I added that’s private information and if it was me why are you asking questions about things you should know if it was me….

Said he had been contracted by the State of Texas unemployment. Somehow he knew I had appeal hearing yes****ay morning. It scares me that people are able to ***n that much information about me to know I’m dealing with unemployment issues . For sure a number to watch out for!

I had a charge on my acct for THREE mo they never let me know about - they flagged me (Credit One) as 36 days late??!!!! I NEVER am late nor have been with them in three years. These were charges from their monthly fee that should have NEVER gone on my bill! I called thru MUCH hassle and speaking to a supervisor and asked to cancel card

I received 18 calls alone today... and that's not even considering how many times they probably called me when I had my phone off from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  They have called me, I kid you not, five times in the last ten minutes.  I am ready to lose it.

I have a card with these people and yes I'm behind paying them.  I can only pay what I can but they keep calling me from straight up 8am to 9pm, every hour atleast 4 times an hour at my job.  Same at home.  Isnt there so****ing that can be done about this?  I would call this phone harassment. Please people,  everyone is in a bind.  You will get your money.  It might just take a minute.  So.... TAKE A FREAKING CHILL PILL!!!!!! I hope freaking does not offend anyone.  Im sorry if it does.

I got a call today and I am behind due to some medical issues - told them to set up a payment for the 15th and they would not accept these arrangements - he was really aggressive - had a foreign accent and I finally had to **** up on them - I hated to do this but they would not take my arrangements - isnt that some kind of refusal of paymentThey have called continuously - letting the phone ring for about 3 times - wont leave a message but it has been every hour on the hour - what harrassment -

That is grounds for legal action.  After the company is told that they are calling the wrong number and a request is made to have the number removed, they may no longer call you.  Consult a lawyer if they continue to call.

These people call me an average of 20 calls per day and leave voice mails every time but say nothing.  They even call on Sundays.  i've decided tomorrow I'm c****ing my phone number.  It is sad that these people get away with this and it seems there is nothing we can do to stop them!

Be careful I believe these are people who are calling to get your information and charge you for fake bills.  An example is that I never had a Credit One Card but they keep calling I called in told them I do not own one checked with the Bank and they agree the Fraudulent account has been closed since April 2008.  So they are seeing who falls into paying them money

I have a credit one card that i have never had more then a 250 balance on. i make on time payments and always way over minimum due. they call me at 7:30 every day. I have since cancelled the card and paid the balance in full. I still get daily phone calls. It has been 3 months since i cancelled the card.

called me 8 times today it is only noon..i want to fight..i finally got trhough their ****** ****py automated system and spoke with someone who coulnt speak any english. i told them to put me on their do not call list and what do you know 15 minutes later i get a call from them.

This number calls me at least 5-6 times a day! When the phone calls first s****ed, they were EVERY SINGLE HOUR, s****ing at 8am and ending like at 9pm, even on Sa****ays and Sundays! I have an account with them and always pay on time and in full, so I do not know what they want. They dont even leave a message. I just sent them a letter asking them to stop calling me, and that if I do owe them money, to simply send me a bill (I know I dont owe them anything, I pay my balances in full every month). They are so annoying!!!!! Yes****ay, I picked up one of their many daily calls, and told the person that Im not interested in what theyre selling and ***g up. Guess what? I got another call about an  hour later! I picked it up and ***g up without saying anything...same thing this morning. These people need to be stopped!

At first my dad kept getting calls on his cell phone from 1-877-825-3242.  We have repeatedly asked to be taken off from their phone list but they still kept calling.  Our cell numbers are already on the do not call list but they still kept calling several times a day.About 2 weeks ago, I did a mistake by using my cell phone to call them to stop a***n.  Looks like it finally stopped calling my dad's cell phone but since then, I've been getting the unwanted calls on my cell phone.Does anyone know where to contact a news cast person for them to investigate on why they kept bugging everyone even the ones that had never had business with them or have any debt?

They call constantly...2 times an hour...maybe more. they s**** calling just after 8:30 am and don't stop until almost 9:00pm. I've never had a card with them and yet they continue to call. I've reported them but it doesn't seem to do any good.

I just got a new phone and keep getting calls from this number asking for a Nancy Stevens.  I tell them that she no longer has this number, but they keep calling back multiple times a day asking for her.They refuse to let me speak to a manager when I ask and there is no way to get my number out of their system.  It's infuriating.
