19.80 charged to my card and just like the rest i never gave any info to this company... call your bank and tell them, the money will be returned.

Received the same $1.95 misc. debit on my account which I didn't authorize. Did the research, goes back to FreeShipping.com, which offers a $15 credit towards future shipping. FreeShipping.com is a separate service that is offered when checking out of a purchase, in this case with ProFlowers.com. ProFlowers is aware of the service but is a separate company from them. I called the 877-844-9554 number, spoke with a rep and told them to cancel and reverse the charge, that I never authorized it. They obliged and gave a confirmation number. Called my bank (Chase), they advised to watch the account over the next several days and cancel at that time if there's more charges and that I wouldn't be liable for those charges if they occur. We'll see what happens. Oh yeah, Happy Mother's Day.

This company took money out of my account also from proflowers.com...i never gave them authorization!

This company charged my credit card with me knowing.  They took my info from Proflowers.com website in conjuntion with a purchase of flowers.  I believe this company and Proflowers to be miss leading and I will never use Proflowers.com a***n...

Notices the pending transaction on my bank statement today. Called the number and they are Encore Marketing. Apparently if you signed up through a mystery shopping ad, you were automaticlly enrolled in their 'trial' offers. Needless to say they charge you BEFORE you ever have a chance to try the offer. I had them cancel ALL trials immediately and refund my money.

This company is taking money out of my bank account and, I want this to stop.  I don't know how they access to my account I didn't give them any information

I just received a my debit card in the mail on friday and i go online to check my account and i was charged from this company I have never even heard of I was charged $19.80 so I called the back and they diactivated that ***nd new card and told me to call them back when i see the charge not pending and they will file a claim a***nst these people that have nothing better to do, They think that just beacuse its under $20.00 people are nto ganna notice the charge.

I have no idea who these people are. They took 16.95 from my account without ANY authorization. Am calling the bank right now.

THIS COMPANY DECIDES THAT TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE IS ALL FUN AND GAMES. I WILL REPORT THIS TO MY BANK AND TERMINATE MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.

This company is taking money from my account, also.  Call your bank.  They will give you a toll free number to call to 'dispute' this and the charges can be reversed. Also, get yourself a new debit card or credit card and destroy the old one.

This company took $19.80 from my account.  The only info that I have is Easy Saver with a phone # 877-844-9554.  I don't know who they are and how they are able to debit accounts like this but it should be a***nst the law.  I NEVER GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO DO THIS.

Wanted no personal information....well other than Name, Home Address, and credit card number. Seems Scammy.Easy Saver and American Leisure.
