This number along with 3 others keep calling me from places like Washington.. I don't know who it is, it's getting old and considering I just turned 18 and I don't have any credit cards or anything I'm pretty sure I don't have a debt with anyone..

w***ver or whatever company this is really is getting on my last nerve!!! calls are very early way before 9 am on a creaking Sa****ay morning!!!!! don't know who don't care would just like to sleep since Mon. thru Fri. I get up at 4:30 am !!! has to be spam !!

Don't let them intimidate you. Tell them you will not discuss anything until you see proof that you owe the debt. IT'S THE LAW.

Received a robo-call from this number at 9:30 this morning. It said "...collection call...If you are not (name), **** up and call..." - that's when I ***g up. Then I thought a***n and did a callback on the callerid#, followed instructions to press 2 to talk to a person. Did that, got disconnected a moment later. The only reason I called back a***n was to tell them (name) doesn't live here (true) and to remove my number. She was nice enough about it and said she would. I'm sure the debt is probably valid, but they won't get anything by calling me. If they call me a***n, I'll file a complaint.

One of approximately 24 different numbers from a collection agency attempting to collect a debt from someone who hasn't lived at my home address for over five years.

They keep calling about a debt that is not mine - some guy named Victor. I've called them twice to get my number removed from their list. The second time they were rude. They always call early in the morning - before 9am.

KEPT CALLING ASKING FOR MY BROTHER, WHO DOESN'T LIVE HERE. CALLED 5 TIMES; I CALLED BACK AND LADY WAS VERY NASTY TO ME. SAID THEY WOULDN'T CALL A***N; DON'T BELIEVE THEM!

Caller stated this was not a solictation call and it was important that I call.

I picked up on first ring so caller id did not register it. It was a recording we need to contact you important message etc. (Last time a scam like this had caller id in my home town like a friend down the block was premier credit a student loan collection agency) I called them back,they say company name is ASC did you just get a call to call us. I ask name of compnay they say ASC I tell them I don't know who they are. They are asking for my number so they can track me. I ask if this is a collection agency they say no accounts receivable to throw people off. I think this is premier credit a collection agency for student loans (as this is my only late or overdue bill)

say it's time sensitive matter must call by noon today. called back and will not give any information unless I gave them my number. I think they want my number so they can keep calling back. Guy who called sounded wierd and Lady who answered call was very rude.
