they have been calling me with the same message for over a year !      for me it was a payday loan (that's where they get the bad check comment from)  and I filed bankruptcy on it but they keep calling.   they never do anything and probably never will...and unfortunately they never stop calling.   Even when I tell them it's a***nst FTC regulations for them to contact me at my place of employment, they keep calling.   I just store them in my phone with the caller id  "annoying" and don't answer it.

I keep getting a call at least once a week from National County Process Servers and now Maricopa County Process Servers telling me that Sterling and Roberts are trying to serve me due to a bad check???  In the message I get told that they want to make arrangements to meet me or they will serve me at home or at work.  How they have a bad check?  I have no idea unless so****ing was stolen from me.  But I have been left with different numbers in the past to call back to, most recent is 877-858-1038.  When I called them back before and told them they were scam artists, they didn't take too kindly to it.

got a call today caller did not leave his name, told me he was calling from my county said he had a summons he has to process but has an oppurtunity for me to stop processing by calling 877 858 1038 and make arrangements with them sterling and roberts...i have received no correspondence from them escept this phone call.i thought they were to validate all debts...caller just gave me that info then the call endedCaller did not state where he was calling from but told me to call sterling and roberts with a reference number he provided
