Leave a Comment877 860-2638 called claiming they had to refund a service policy I recently purchased, too bad for the scammer I'm an IT Pro and Security Specialist. They have also called from 844 551-0578. Microsoft will never initiate a call to anyone. The only call you might get from them is if you initiate a service contact them. Unless you are a MS Partner, they don't really like to talk to anyone.

I picked up and they said nothing
Microsoft Refund Department Wants access to your computer to help you fill out a refund request form buy pressing windows and 'r' keys simultaneously which brings up the RUN window on your computer. Then they want you to type in www.helpme.net so they can remote access your computer and attempt to high-jack it. DONT DO ANYTHING THEY ASK... FLIP THEM THE VERBAL BIRD AND **** UP.
