Leave a CommentI got more the ten call per day from this number that any body knows who the***** is them, and for you the company number 8778669930stop calling people, get the f.. off.
You can register your number on the DO NOT CALL LIST here https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/insnum-regnum-engThis way, if they contact you after 31 days of registering, you can complain. ****py that it takes that long, but at least we have some protection.
Got 2 calls from this number in less than 3 hours. I got a Fido pay as you go phone last week, and my $25 credit that comes with the phone was used up in 6 days - odd since I barely used the phone and was very careful with the minutes.I called the number from another phone, pressed 3 to remove my number from their call list, and they said it could TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR THEM TO STOP CALLING ME! I"m contacting the CRTC to see if this is legal. Seems to me the DO NOT CALL LIST shouldn't take 30 days to come into effect.
quiet bugging me at my number take the hint im ***
Now, the "Press 3 for English" gets the same menu repeated! Fido hasn't had customer service worthy of the name since Rogers bought them out.
Yes, I've received 4 calls in 4 days since signing up with Fido 5 days ago....I call their 1-877-866-9930 to file a complaint....they are currently looking into it - that should be interesting. They could not provide me with a case number, but did state they would remove my number from their promo list. Interesting that this number calls during the weekday (so of course, if you answer, you get charged of your minutes - nice eh)...When I called back 1-877-866-9930, the voice message said hit #2 to speak to a rep, well, after 3 minutes on hold, another voice message kicks in saying "please leave a message", then ****s up....I did leave a voice mail, and of course, never heard back....What ever happen to good old customer service? Corporate thieves, they're all around us....Enjoy your day
I have received a call from this number ,I don't know what's happen ?
Call Fido - get them to remove you from any of their marketing/follow up phone calls - as i said to them - if i have an issue- want to c****e my service - i will contact them..... THOUGH - they did say it could take up to 30 DAYS for it to be fully from the system.... GRRR>>>>
Yes, it is IOS Centre calling for FIDO. They don't answer on the other end! When will they stop calling? 5 calls per day in last 7 days. Irritating!
Ok, mystery solved. The IOS centre apparently calls Fido customers on behalf of Fido, following up on recent c****es to FIDO customers' accounts. They called a***n today and asked about my new headset that I purchased through Fido(they had details of the handset details, and were able to give me my account information); they asked also whether I had any questions etc. So, nothing sinister. I did tell them those 3-4 dropped calls previously (see my post above) seemed very su****ious to me. They said they would note this comment.
I got about 4 calls in last 2 days.. I think http://ioscenter.com/ might be the address for this telemarketing IOS Centre mentioned above.
So is this number actually some sort of telemarketing thing, or are these just speculations? I've been getting calls from this number for the past week or so. It calls at least five times a day, but I don't answer it and I have it blocked (so of course it automatically goes to missed calls). It's ridiculously annoying...
For the past several days, I've been called by this number every half hour. Call blocking software isn't that helpful as it still gets sent to voicemail and the *****s leave empty voicemails!I called the displayed number and added myself to their do not call list. Of course that did nothing. I called Fido/Rogers and reminded them I said no solicitation! Of course they had forgotten this, we will see how long it sticks this time. Rogers just doesn't get that no one in their right mind would deal with them if they had another choice. Their customer service is horrible. I really hope Wind takes a serious bite out of their bottom line. The phone book lists this call centre which uses dumb predictive dialing over and over as:Centre IOS Inc(514) 871-84677777 Boulevard DécarieMontréal, QC H4P2H2
I hate that! 3 or 4 times a day. I have an Iphone with Fido and I think they sell our numbers to companies, I don't know, but I am very angry... they are going to hear about me!!!!!!!!!!
I am also with fido and i get this call every day sometimes twice a day i called back and as another person mentioned clicked option 3 to have my number removed from the list so i hope this helps. Its annoying!
I'm a recent Fido/iPhone customer too. I've been called by this number 16 times.
If you call them back you will be presented with 3 options. The 3rd is to be removed from their calling list. I did this today so hopefully the calls stop. I, too, recently got an iPhone through Fido.
Just signed for an Iphone on fido. No name on the CalledID, just the number. When I picked up there was a lot of garbage on the line and a guy with an Indian accent said*****o then ***g up
