I have been receiving calls from this number a couple times a day for about a week. I don't answer it because I am not expecting any calls from this type number. This is not the only number that is calling and I am on a no call list, just don't answer.

I told the guy to take my number off their list. They guy said I need to confirm your phone number and then proceeded to get the middle digit in the suffix wrong. He said 848 when it should be 858. I tried to correct him but couldn't get a word in edgewise. I'm 99.9% certain it was intentional, not a simple mistake on his part.
