This is an attempt to get you to punch in your Mastercard account number. Total phishing.
I never have had a credit card so I called to tell them that they don't have any right to fish for info from me....they asked (computer message) for my card number even to speak to a person ..... So I believe they are a scam.... Be safe don't give any info call your card holders and speak to your own service provider.....
Call to 'Barclay (?) Card Owner' ... We're not ... and they want our card # to continue. We don't have a Barclay card and it's hard to even understand the recording. Oh well ....
