If you are _______ please hold for 3 seconds...This is an attempt to collect a debt. Please call Stellar Recovery at 877.936-5298". Breaking the law doing this.
These people call me everyday, and will not say anything when I answer. They call from other numbers that appear to be a local number as well, and I know it is them because it is the same thing if I answer.
