Are they in violation of some law? They re now calling me on Sundays.....Cant they ever let a person rest....their calls are giving me a headache 7 days a week...

Hey I got a wake up call this morning too. I know i am a little behind in my payments. I am not answering the phone because my situation has not c****ed and there is nothing new to tell them. So why do they have to call and make matters worse for me than they already are. You can't get blood from a stone...believe me I've tried - I keep telling them when my situation c****es then I will s**** to make payments

Answer one more time, get the name and phone number and company name of the person calling you, and tell them they will be hearing from the authorities.  I did this once, and never heard from them a***n.

I get these calls 5-10 times a day now. I answered once...they claim I owe big money on a mastercard from years back. NEWSFLASH, *****S! I am a teenager and have never had a mastercard in my life before. I never pick up the phone since that once, but really. It's getting ridiculous. I'm looking into filing a complaint somewhere.

I'd rather beg for c****e on the street then to work at Capitol One and wake people up at 6-7am.

How do I get these irritating idiots to stop calling me????I never answer the phone (thank you caller ID), but they're getting on my nerves!!!!

I got a phone call from a lady. She claims I owe $4000 dollar of capitalone mastercard and ask me to pay it through the phone.***** capitalone.
