Someone called me from this toll-free number. When I answered, there was only a buzz (a power plant type of buzz), but background noise was non-existant. I said, "Hello?", more than once without response. It seemed my words were hitting some kind of sound wall. I listened for a while then ***g up. The toll-free number remained on my caller Id for almost 30 seconds after I had ***g up.
