This number is for AT&T. If you are getting a call from this number it is just their Customer Service Department doing a follow-up with you to make sure that whatever issue you were having, was handled to your satisfaction. And that there are no further problems. And no, I am not an AT&T employee, just trying to give correct information, unlike a lot of other comments on here.
