Same ol same ol. They called my mom and said they were trying to find my deceased ***hers heirs as there was money in a bank account. Wanted her info to send her paperwork. I'm sure the next step would be for her to send them money to release the funds. Definitely smell a scam.

Same story. They called my mom regarding my dads passing four years ago. Wanted her information to send her the paperwork. Name was supposedly shantel green. Attorney.

mother has passed away 5 yrs ago and the estate was settled by a real attorney ,and called my attorney and they said this is a scam that preys on the family ,they have found lost money or stocks or other****ets . the ***** of a family member is bad enought then this s***bag ,bottom feeder atty and staff still trying to scam the family

Several of my relatives received the same message.  this is harassment & BS -= now all my elderly aunts and uncles think they are going to receive some lost money or inherit their fortune!   Give me a break!the number that I was instructed to call was   1877-995-3328  ext 8020   case # blah blah blah

received a call from someone claiming they wanted to distribute funds from my grand***her's account.  My grand***her died over 10 years ago.  They wanted me to send a ***** certificate...blah, blah, blah.  Not sure exactly what the scam is but it is definitely a scam.
