This number is provided by Jagex from Surpin. This is a number you call to grant your Character of Runescape Members. If this number is on your Phone bill it is because your child has charged your phone for members. This should only be a one time thing, if you find that there is multiple charges it is because that child has made more than 1 account members. 'Members' Is referring to in-game advantage of runescape. With members players are opened to more items/s****s/levels than a standard non-paying player. You cannot delete runescape as it is a Java Webapplet. When you search your Hard drive for Runescape you are simply finding the cache files of this game ".Jagex32_cache" This does not how ever remove the game. Runescape run's off a browser and does not need to be installed, But Runescape use's the programming language Java. If Java Environment is on your PC you can remove it, Althou Java isn't always for Runescape as one might think.It's quiet alarming at how much people think they know about computers. If you truly believe that deleting a folder that references to "Cache" is going to remove a program, You need to remove your self from the internet.

received billing for 4 seperate charges of 10.99 each on my phone bill...upon furthur investigation, found out my nephew was calling this number while playing runescape.

Your phone bill(from Bell Ca***a to any provider)will be charged 10.99 our kid couldn't record the PIN quick enough and called twice in 2 minutes.  His allowance is minus $21.98 and the game can be deleted, by highlighting the files found in your 'search' and hitting the delete key.
