I can not understand what this guy is saying. Keeps calling me at work. So****ing about a pay day loan I do not have. Does anyone know what this is about.

Listen all you americans if they got a accent or are calling from a unknown number its a straight scam.If they cant answers your questions correctly its a scam.These PAKASTAIANS are calling from ever and any numbers posssible.After i found out their where scams and i told them they stopped calling *****ey might have a lil info. on you or your references but beleive me they dont have it all.  THAT  BCI is ********,thats them paks. using that and threating you with jail.  Here are three numbers they called me from.  1 615 724 7999scam    1 901 313 8389scam        1 901 457 1810scam.  tHAT ian bishop or dean jones or maria henston so called officers of BCI its a scam.

These pepole called me wanting moeny for an old payday loan and said if i didnt pay the police were coming to get me

Some guy keeps calling my boyfriend saying he owes money, you cannot understand him, does not speak clear English. He recently began calling my bf's Mom and is now threatening and harassing her, and now she is getting all stressed out.

Mike, I found your message to be of tremendous help!! I have had the same people doing the same thing to me for weeks now. I am soooo frustrated and have no idea what loan they are talking about. I will try this route to see if I can get anything done about it. They cant tell me exactly who I took the loan out through, every time they call they give a different company name, different loan amount, etc.....They told me they were out of Philedelphia, PA. I asked what county the charges were being filed in and they told me California Co. There is no California Co. in Pennsylvania according to the internet map I looked on.

My brother received a call from 901-323-8389 money that I owed,  This is the second call he has received. He e mailed me with the number so I could block it. I have received other calls from 724-994-1160 646-736-0577 951-271-3518 650-204-3191 all with very thick accents telling me that they would come with police to arrest me as I had not paid back a loan which I did not have. They also threatened to come to my place of business & told me I would have to apprear in court in California.  Its a big scam if you check out the number regarding all the complents that have been written a***nst the numbers. Is there no way that the calls can be stopped?.

Got a call from "sean or John" Johnson today. He is threatening legal action and harrassing me on my cell at work and even calling my firends. I know this is a scam and reported ot the FTC and FCC but how do I get him to stop calling especially my place of work!

Someone with a very distinct foreign accent. Stating that there is a lawsuit in my name in California Co. Pennsylvania. They will not send any paperwork until the loan is paid off, then I will get a receipt.They call everyday, home and work.Very annoying. I have no knowledge of what they are talking about.

*** this is too funny! Officer Shawn called me for a friend of mine. I could not stop laughing on the phone at him because he was claiming to be from The Bureau of Criminal Investigation for the US Government, he had no badge number to give me nor did he answer the time of day questions I asked that referenced his location (same call center noise in the background).I am a former Police Officer and began interrogating him as to what the call was pertaining and asked him to site the laws in which he was attempting press charges a***nst my friend for. He ***g up on me.

I also received a call from an Officer Joseph. I was not smart enough to realize this was a scam and now am probably out $540. They said they were representing Magnum Cash which I had never heard from. They told me that they are a parent company for many cash advance places and named a few, but I had never heard of them. They use tactics that make you scared and you want to stop them from calling. When they first called the number on my caller ID was 05-279-7721. They only gave me their number when I told them I would have to call my bank to transfer the money. I should have gone with my first instincts and called an attorney, but I was just out of the hospital and not thinking very clearly. I will contact the authorities with this.

States is calling from the Bureau of Investigation and that my SSN is on an Affidavit with them and wants me to verify it etc. Goes on to leave messages at my work stating I will be in major trouble if I fail to contact him and arrange to pay him money for some pay day loan that I know nothing about.

Same message from "Officer" Kevin Smith this morning.  Like the 20th call in the last few months.Please also note they are calling from (206) 855-5350.  Please cross-reference all the comments on that number as well for more information.

same guy Daniel called me saying I owed 500.00 for a pay day loan that was taken out on line these people had all of my information except the size of underwear I was wearing. they threaten to put me in jail if not paid knowing that there isno jail time for owing money. I tiold them of this and they said they could **** up my house by  a plane in 30 min. they are a acam and I have not recieved any money from them in my bank account I checked with the bank and they said it was not true. Don't give any information to these people they lie and I have contacted the attorrney General office and the better business about them.

I also received a call from "Officer Daniel" stating he was with the BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation). I googled the phone number and came across this site. I called and reported the voice mail that I received to the TN (Tennessee) BCI as well as my local FBI. It was suggested that I go to fcc.gov and do a report there as well. A few months ago I received a call from this person but he claimed to be an attorney and wanted personal information. I am so glad that I was smart enough to follow my gut instincts and demand proof of iden***y from the caller, which I never received. I agree with JC above, that maybe this is stemming from payday/cash advance loans.

I have received calls from this number with a man stating to be Officer Shawn so****ing with the Criminal Bureau of Iden***y.  I researched the number and found that it was in Memphis so I called the TN Bureau of Criminal Investigation and my local FBI office to find out if this was a legit number and Bureau.  Both made sure that I was not being investigated for any criminal offense, and are going to investigate.  I then call them back and was told that I took out a loan that I did not repay last year. When I asked for more information about the loan, such as the date of the loan, the company that it was through and how it was dispersed I was told I would first have to pay $1700 or they would continue with the criminal investigation.  These people are nothing more than a scam trying to scare people into paying for a loan that they did not take out. If you get a call from them call both the TN Bureau of Criminal Investigation as well as your local FBI office to try and stop this.

They called me to and my friends...the problem with this that i have taken out payday loans in the past however I paid them back....well when i asked for details this lady (heavy Indian accent) would not tell me anything other than "Is this ......," so when she couldnt/wouldnt tell me what she wanted i disconnected the call.  I am s****ing to eblieve that when you get a payday loan they sell yoru info.

These people called me with a legal case number a***nst me about a cash advance that I supposedly took out. They couldn't tell from what exact company, and the amount that was told was an amount I never taken out before. These people have a middle eastern accent. The guy said that his name was officer Daniel White.
